Too many people already think of themselves as networking failures.

“I don’t know enough people,” one woman told me. “I never go to after-hours networking events and I know that’s bad,” said another.” “I know I have to network, but I’m terrible at it,” declared a third.

The good news: they’re probably all wrong.

This short video explains the first shift we need to make in order to become smarter networkers. We need to move from the belief that we’re not networked to recognizing the richness of our existing networks.
